Wurstfest

This past weekend was the first weekend of Wurstfest, a 10 day salute to sausage. Gotta love German towns!! We decided to take Brinlee, as we had several friends in town. We weren't sure how she would do, so we decided we would take her for as long as she would last. This was our first outing as a family, so we were praying she would last!! Sweet girl lasted about 5 hours! She slept for 2 hours in the big tent with a polka band blaring music (so why won't she sleep at home?). She woke up for a little bit, ate, and we walked her around outside since she was getting over-stimulated. Once she calmed down a little, we went back into the big tent and she just hung out watching everything, and then put herself to sleep again!! We were a little nervous about the level of sound, but I think the blanket around her head helped dull the music. She wasn't fazed by it at all! We were so proud of her for doing so well!!
